“I got love for you, I got love for you…”
-Michael Franti & Spearhead
I recently was introduced to this band – and I really dig them. They have sort of a hip-hop infused reggae sound. This particular song is basically unfindable (if you’re looking at iTunes), because this album doesn’t come out until September. A lot of their music has a message, which is a nice change of pace (don’t get me wrong, it doesn’t always need a message, says the girl listening to Akon & Snoop’s “I Wanna Love You” on repeat the other night. The only message is – they wanna screw the stripper. Nice).

I was there for that performance at Rothbury! It was so awesome how he got the crowd so involved, he’s really talented and actually has something to say with his music. This song in particular is about his son and whatnot, glad you enjoy it too!
