Aerated too, but that's not what I'm here to say. it's okay to feel like you want to escape and that you want more help. you wouldn't be normal (or female) if you felt otherwise. just ask for the help before the candle is totally burned down to wax dribbles AND before the feelings of wanting to escape take over wanting to stay put. enjoy your "out"... can I come?
